China Compact Biological Sewage Plant for Industrial Mbr Wastewater Treatment
MBR is the abbreviation of Membrane Bio-Reactor. It is a new water treatment technology that combines membrane separation technology with biotechnology. It has the advantages of both membrane treatment technology and biological treatment technology. It replaces the traditional secondary settling tank with a microfiltration membrane module as a mud-water separation unit. The microbial flocs and suspended solids retained by the microfiltration membrane can maintain a high biological concentration and prolong the residence time of organic solids in the bioreactor, greatly improving the oxidation efficiency and resulting in high-quality effluent water quality. Compared with traditional technology, MBR technology has absolute advantages in water quality, footprint, maintenance and management.
Technology Features
★ Innovative ——World’s leading technology, registered 18 domestic and foreign invention patents
★ Pragmatic —— The treatment of wastewater is practical and it is just like automatic camera
★ Safe and Clean ——No organic sludge, no secondary pollution and convenience to select a site
★ Economical ——The total cost is 50% lower than the traditional technology
Model and Parameters
Water Quality Standard
Input Water and Treated water Quality(Typical Domestic Sewage as an Example)
Project | pH | COD (mg/L) | BOD5 (mg/L) | NH3-N (mg/L) | Color Measure (degree) | SS (mg/L) | TP (mg/L) |
Input water quality |
6~9
| 200~400 | ~200 | ~30 | ~80 | ~200 | ~3 |
Treated water quality | 6~9 | ≤ 25 | ≤ 5 | ≤ 8(15) | ≤ 10 | ≤ 5 | ~0.5 |
Remark: The quality of effluent is stable to the grade A standard of "pollutant discharge standard of urban sewage treatment plant" (GB18918-2002).
Working principle
Membrane bioreactors (MBR) for wastewater treatment is a combination of a suspended growth biological treatment method, usually activated sludge, with membrane filtration equipment.
Applications
Equipment installation process:
The sewage from toilet, bath room, washing machine and kitchen all goes into the septic tank, then to the regulating reservoir. After that, the sewage can be pumped into our MBR systems.
