1. Proses ymchwil MBR

 

In the 1960s, the combination of activated sludge bioreactor and cross-flow membrane filtration realized the application of MBR in wastewater treatment for the first time. In 1989, researchers placed membrane modules inside bioreactors, breaking through the progress of integrated MBR reactors. Since the 1990s, due to the continuous improvement of membrane flux, membrane pollution control technology and membrane materials have also been greatly improved, the cost of membrane bioreactors is getting lower and lower, and this process has gradually received attention. As of 2006, the total value of membrane bioreactors used worldwide reached US $ 216 million. Relatively speaking, China's development started late, but its development trend is rapid, and its growth rate is far faster than the average growth rate in the world. It is currently well used in many practical sewage treatments.


 

2. Cymhwyso MBR

 

(1) Cymhwyso MBR mewn triniaeth garthffosiaeth drefol

 

Ar ddiwedd y 1990au, gydag ymddangosiad MBR integredig, mae cymhwysiad adweithyddion pilen mewn triniaeth garthffosiaeth drefol wedi'i ddatblygu'n gyflym. O 2005 ymlaen, mae 219 o brosiectau trin carthion trefol MBR wedi'u cwblhau yng Ngogledd America. Er i China gychwyn yn hwyr, mae wedi datblygu'n gyflym. Ar hyn o bryd, mae yna lawer o brosiectau ar waith neu wrthi'n cael eu hadeiladu yn Tsieina.

 

(2) Cymhwyso MBR wrth drin dŵr gwastraff diwydiannol

 

O'i gymharu â thrin carthffosiaeth drefol, mae gan MBR fwy o fanteision ym maes trin dŵr gwastraff diwydiannol. Yn ôl yr ystadegau, mae MBR ar hyn o bryd yn cyfrif am 41% o drin dŵr gwastraff diwydiannol, ac fe'i defnyddir yn helaeth mewn argraffu a lliwio, golosg, electroplatio, mireinio olew, bwyd, petrocemegion, cwrw, meddygaeth a thrwytholchion tirlenwi.
