The MBR sewage treatment technology is mainly composed of the reactor body, biofilm components, wind aeration system and pipeline valves connecting the system. Once the organic matter in the sewage passes through the tank body, an overall microbial degradation reaction will take place inside, so that the overall quality of the sewage water will be purified. The main function of the biofilm is to trap macromolecules, bacteria and active organic matter in the pollutants in the reactor, so that the quality of the effluent water can reach the recovery parameter standard, and at the same time, it can also ensure the reactor The concentration of sludge is increased, thereby comprehensively increasing the rate of biochemical reactions.

Biological membranes of MBR are divided into two types: organic membranes and inorganic membranes. The overall cost of organic film is relatively cheap, but it is very susceptible to pollution and damage. Inorganic membranes are relatively expensive to manufacture and can operate in many different harsh environments, and their service life can also be guaranteed. The biofilm modules of MBR are divided according to their different functions in the whole system, including separable MBR, aerated MBR and extractable MBR, etc. The separation module of MVR is a bit similar to the secondary sedimentation tank in the traditional microbial treatment technology. It is because the interception rate of the MBR sewage treatment technology is too high, which leads to a high biological concentration in the bioreactor, and the sludge residence time Longer, so the water quality after MBR sewage treatment is better. The aerated MBR module can supply oxygen to the bioreactor through the breathable biofilm, and the oxygen can be completely absorbed and utilized without forming bubbles. The MBR biofilm module for extraction is composed of silicon tubes with built-in fiber bundle tubes. These fiber bundles can effectively absorb contaminants in boiling water and achieve degradation through the adsorption of microorganisms.

Different from the combination of reactor and membrane, the bioreactor of MBR sewage treatment technology can also be divided into two types: split and integrated. The split type, as the name implies, means that the arrangement of the biofilm module and the reactor is separate, and the drive of the entire system is driven by the pressure pump.

The advantage of the split type is that the entire system is relatively stable and safe, the operation is more convenient, and the cleaning and replacement of the membrane is also simpler. The disadvantage is that the power requirements are higher. The integrated form is to put the membrane module in the bioreactor, and use the vacuum pump to suck the water out. This form of processing has lower operating costs, but there is still a certain gap between the stability and the convenience of operation and the split type.
