Awọn ẹya ti MBR

Compared with traditional water treatment methods, MBR has the following obvious features:

1. MBR le munadoko awọn pajawiri microorganisms ninu omi idọti, ki o si mọ ipinya ti ọjọ ori sludge ati akoko idaduro eefun. Nipa ṣiṣatunṣe iwọn ọjọ ori irugbin, awọn nkan ti o ni eepo pẹlu gigun idagba gigun bii awọn kokoro arun nitrifying ati awọn kokoro arun denitrifying tun le di awọn kokoro arun ti o jẹ akoda, si iye kan, ṣiṣe yiyọ nitrogen ti gbogbo riakito le ni ilọsiwaju, ṣiṣe iṣẹ naa ni irọrun ati idurosinsin.

2. MBR has high solid-liquid separation efficiency, good and stable effluent effect, and little effect on the quality of influent water. Due to the high-efficiency trapping effect of the membrane, larger particles, organic molecules and bacteria in the reactor are trapped on the water inlet side of the membrane. At the same time, there is no need to consider sludge expansion.

3. The sludge concentration is high and the remaining sludge output is small. MBR can be operated under the conditions of high volume load and low sludge load, and the remaining sludge output is low, which greatly reduces the subsequent treatment costs.

4. The MBR reactor has a compact structure and concentrated process equipment, so it occupies a small area, and it is easy to realize integrated automatic control and convenient operation and management.

Although MBR has the above characteristics, it also has disadvantages, such as serious membrane pollution, low oxygen utilization rate, high investment cost, high energy consumption for water treatment, and chemical cleaning waste liquid will cause secondary pollution. In practical applications, membrane fouling is the biggest limiting factor affecting the promotion of MBR.
